The series stars Jennifer Lopez as the main character Harlee Santos, a single-mother NYPD Detective, who is forced to work in the FBI's anti-corruption task force, while dealing with her own financial problems. In 2014, the series was ordered straight-to-series without filming a pilot, getting at least 13 episodes. A teaser trailer was made available on June 3, 2015, containing statements by Lopez, Ray Liotta, and Drea de Matteo. On October 28, 2015, NBC announced that the series would premiere on January 14, 2016. On November 9, 2015, it was announced that the premiere was pushed up a week to January 7, 2016. ==Summary== Harlee Santos (Lopez) is an NYPD detective and single mother struggling with financial problems.
